Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn about our mission. Soul 2 Sol was created from a place of deep compassion and a commitment to uplifting children and families with dignity and joy. What began as a small act of kindness has grown into a community-powered movement supported by volunteers, families, donors, and partners who believe every child deserves to feel valued, celebrated, and supported.
Since 2020, we have been proud to have provided over 1,300 toys to children throughout San Diego’s underserved communities. A milestone that reflects the generosity and heart of this incredible community. Each year, we continue to grow, reaching more families and creating meaningful moments that children carry with them long after the holidays.
Through our annual Toy Drive and upcoming Back to School Initiative, we work to ensure that children in communities of need, including neurodivergent children, receive encouragement and joyful moments they deserve. Every toy, every backpack, and every act of kindness represents something greater: a reminder to a child that they matter and that their community stands beside them.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has joined us on this mission. Because of you, we are not only giving toys, but we are also creating memories, building confidence, and spreading hope that reaches far beyond a single day. Together, we will continue to uplift, inspire, and bring joy to children and families throughout our communities.
SECOND ANNUAL KIDS RIDE-ALONG MOTORIZED CAR CONTEST - 3 WINNERS
The Soul 2 Sol Annual Toy Drive & Giveaway is a heartfelt community initiative dedicated to bringing joy, dignity, and hope to children and families in need throughout San Diego. Each year, our mission comes to life through the generous support of volunteers, donors, friends and families who come together to ensure that children feels seen, and celebrated. Through our annual registration and distribution events, families are invited to receive free, new, unwrapped toys for children ages 1–11. From STEM toys and bikes to dolls, art sets, and sensory-friendly items for neurodivergent children, each gift is thoughtfully selected to inspire creativity, learning, and joy. More than just a giveaway, this event is a reflection of what happens when compassion meets action. It's a space where families are welcomed with warmth, children experience the excitement of receiving something special, and community connections are strengthened through kindness and care. Powered by a deep commitment to service, the Soul 2 Sol Annual Toy Drive continues to grow each year—reaching more families, creating more smiles, and building a stronger, more connected community.
